Kay, So I Made This Skirt A While Ago But Just Yesterday I Had Some Tulle So I Whipped That Into A PettiCoat-Esk Type Thing And Put That Under The Skirt And OMG :3 BAM Lolita-Type Skirt Which Made Me Very Happy. ^_^
Working With Tulle To Make A Petticoat Isn’t As Hard As I Read. I Was Terrified To Make One But I Did And I’m Quite Happy ^_^
